Author Biographies:

Rajib Ahmed Faisal is a faculty member of the Institute of Education and Research (IER) at the University of Chittagong. In 2018, he obtained his MPhil in Education from the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. He has authored many peer-reviewed publications, participated in a number of prestigious conferences, and received numerous national and international research awards. Several educational and developmental organizations have hired him as a consultant. Mental health, learning assessment, instructional technology, and community development are among his current research interests.

Oli Ahmed is a faculty member of the Department of Psychology at the University of Chittagong, Bangladesh. His research interests include social media behaviour, personality, applied psychometrics, and education management. He has published several peer-reviewed articles and book chapters.
